Company Statement

On 30 July 2005, Dennis Gallimore, one of the founding partners of Elecsol batteries sadly passed away.

The affection he carried with him for people, his kindness, his passion for life, his happy go lucky approach to situations in life that we all face from time to time gives us all at Elecsol the inspiration to follow in his footsteps. His advise was sound, yet simple, but very wise, his hand was always a helping one.

Through difficult times that we all face as individuals and as Businesses an ability to keep calm, and to not panic and to keep situations and issues in perspective both personal and in Business was without doubt his unrivalled strength.

He will be so sadly missed by us all but forever remembered.

Dennis possessed an incredible and natural Engineering talent he was responsible for the design and integration of our carbon fibre manufacturing plant installed at our Deeside facility in 1992 and he was responsible ultimately for the Engineering design, and Manufacturing of component tools for Vauxhall Motors Ellesmere Port.

Our company will continue to develop and grow and as we go forward and develop our Businesses globally the foundations layed down by Dennis Gallimore will always be reflected in the idealogies of our brand and what that brand stands for.
