The Company
This site is owned and operated by Elecsol Europe trading as ElecsolBatteries.com (referred to as Elecsol,' 'we', 'us' or 'our').
By using or accessing this website and/or placing any order(s), you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. All other terms and conditions, including those that may be proposed in any order submitted by you, are expressly excluded and shall have no effect.
Receipt of an order via our website does not constitute legal acceptance of an order. Your order will be deemed to have been accepted by us only once you have received written confirmation of our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse your order for any reason we see fit.
Orders
Orders can be placed online via this web site or by telephone. All online orders are acknowledged in writing via an e-mail. This confirms your order has been received and is being processed. Orders received after 12 noon GMT will be processed the next working day.

Office hours are 0800-1700 Mon-Fri, an answering service is operated at all times.
Prices
All of our prices shown on the web site are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate. Adjustments will have to be made to comply with any change in rates or other legally imposed changes in respect of VAT.
Payment
Full payment will be required at time of the order.
Payment details are collected and processed through the Worldpay service of the Royal Bank of Scotland. We accept most major credit and debit cards, Visa, Visa Electron, Delta, MasterCard, Switch and Solo. Incorrect or incomplete details will delay the processing of your order.
Security
We do NOT keep a record of your credit card number. All credit card information is encrypted during the payment processing and is completely safe.
Handling costs
There is a nominal charge for delivery to the following locations, price inclusive of VAT.
Postage examples with destination England
A. Buy 1 EL115F battery and 1 Elecsol Jacket, total postage = £15.00.
B. Buy 4 EL250F batteries and 2 Elecsol Jackets, total postage = £27.00.

Delivery
All UK orders will be dispatched within 3 to 5 working days, and 7 to 10 working days for all other areas.
Cancellation by you
If, for any reason you wish to cancel your order, you have the right to do so, by notifying us in writing (including e-mail), before delivery or within 7 working days of receiving the goods.
If you cancel your order once it has been delivered, you must not use the goods, must take care of them, and must make them available to us when we call to collect them on the date we will agree with you. We will collect the goods and then refund the cost of the ordered items, within 30 days of the cancellation. The cost of delivery will not be refunded as this is a service that has been carried out on our part.
Please ensure that the goods are maintained in a saleable condition and in their original packaging. Goods cannot be returned once used, unless the item is found to be faulty.
If you do not comply with your obligations above, we will not agree to the refund or we may make a reasonable charge to cover any costs that we incur (for example in respect of wasted collection journeys or goods that you have damaged or lost).
Cancellation by us
We reserve the right not to accept an order, if we do not have the stock to fulfill the order, we are unable to deliver the product to your area, an item was incorrectly priced or described on our web site, your payment was not authorised for any reason, you have not complied with our terms and conditions of sale. If an order is cancelled by us, any payments made to us will be refunded within 30 days of the cancellation.
These terms and conditions do not affect your Statutory Rights
Please contact your local Trading Standards department or Citizens Advice Bureau for details about your statutory rights.
